The large rooms that host us are part of Palazzo
Busetti, an imposing building constructed in the
mid-1600s at the behest of the Busetti family,
noble merchants of textiles and silk. Over the
centuries, the palace has housed the Episcopal
Seminary and, more recently, served as the
headquarters of the Reggio Emilia Post Office.
The embroidery and the weave
If Macramé is an intertwining of threads, our
establishment is an intertwining of rooms and
moments. Different environments intertwine and
follow one another, just as our offerings vary
according to the different times of the day:
Breakfast, Brunch, Aperitif, Lunch, Dinner, and
Cocktail Bar. An intertwining of flavors and
different moods for each moment of the day.
We are passionate about art and music.
Coincidentally (or perhaps not?), Macramé is
also the name of the fourteenth music album by
Fossati, released in 1996.
Macramé is therefore also a place of art and music; the paintings hanging on our walls
change regularly, keeping the venue vibrant and
transforming it into a true art gallery where more
or less known artists can exhibit their works.
We are passionate about art and music.
Coincidentally (or perhaps not?), Macramé is
